Hi, I'm Bart Siedlecki. I'm an IT technician by education. For the last 10 years I have worked in banking and in IT, and I built a fruit export company, which I later sold with a profit.
Why I built Export Assistant AI
Export Assistant AI started as a tool for my own work. When I was exporting fruit, I decided to find buyers online instead of going to trade fairs. One trade fair often cost about 10,000 USD, and I could not pay that. So I worked on SEO and Facebook ads that reached buyers in countries like Egypt and Mongolia. It worked: many new buyers wrote to us.
But when 2 or 3 new buyers wrote every day, I saw a problem. Only 1 or 2 buyers a week were real, honest companies. To find that one good buyer, I had to exchange emails and messages on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram with about 10 companies. It took a lot of time. Sometimes I even had online meetings with buyers who later turned out to be scammers. I would not have lost the time preparing for those calls if I had a tool like Export Assistant AI, which finds many of these scammers very quickly.
One missed check is enough
Most of us have a list of things to check before we accept an order. But on a busy day, it is enough to forget one thing. An important email comes in, or your boss asks you for "just five minutes", and you lose your focus.
